Shipping and vat

General shipping fees applies throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Hebrides, Orkney and the Isle of Man.

For customer in UK countries there are no hidden costs, like additional TAX or customs fees. Private customer vat charge is 20%. For companies in UK  0% vat is charged. 

All merchandise is sent with-in the UK, European Union, from a warehouse in Germany, Slovenia, Italy and Austria.

Our reliable logistics partners are DHL, GLS, DPD and Kuehne+Nagel. All transport is insured.

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your cart.

• 0 – 3 kg: £15

• Over 3 kg – 31 kg: £18.50

• Over 31 kg: £45

Dispatch & tracking

• Dispatch times depend on stock and will be shown per product.

• After dispatch you’ll receive a tracking link (e.g., FEDEX, DPD, GLS, Kuehne+Nagel).

Delays & liability

• If we cannot meet the agreed timeframe, we will inform you and you may choose to wait or cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

• Please do not schedule installers (e.g., plumbers) until you have received and checked your goods. We are not liable for call-out fees, labour costs, missed-appointment fees, or other consequential losses arising from delivery delays or failed deliveries beyond our reasonable control.

• This does not affect your statutory rights (including your right of withdrawal and remedies for damaged/defective goods).
